Fully cooked and deliciously flavored, KC Wild Wings® are a crowd-pleasing favorite with unlimited versatility. Serve them with a variety of dipping sauces Buffalo-style, Cajun-style or as part of a sampler platter.

Thaw Smoke’NFast KC Wild Wings in refrigerator for 24 hours or until thawed.
DO NOT THAW AT ROOM TEMPERATURE.
Product should be used within 48 hours of being thawed, whether used in steam table or pack out case.
Thaw in refrigerator or microwave oven. (Thaw to an internal temperature of 140ºF.)
Separate wings from each other before cooking.
Charbroiler: Grill thawed wings 9 to 13 minutes, turning frequently.
Deep Fryer: Fry thawed wings 2 to 3 minutes in 350ºF oil. Let stand 2 minutes before serving.
Convection Oven: Bake thawed wings uncovered at 375ºF for 12 to 15 minutes. Finish on charbroiler or in deep fryer for best results.
